“Evaluation of Policies and Monitoring of Science, Technology, and Innovation” research group was created to play its role in designing, planning, and implementing the evaluation of the system of science, technology, and innovation at the national and international levels.
Evaluation of science, technology, and innovation is an organized process that uses scientific information to evaluate public policy interventions and inform all stakeholders, especially policymakers and public planners. Therefore, this group evaluates all the decision-making phases (before policy-making and planning; formulation, implementation; and after policies and programs implementation). The vision of the group is to achieve authority in the policy evaluation and monitoring of the science, technology, and innovation field and to become the specialized hub of this field in the country.
