We are very pleased to announce that, an article entitled "Global natural gas demand to 2025: A learning scenario development model" has been published by Dr. Reza Hafezi, NRISP faculty member, in ENEGY (2019 IF: 6.082, CiteScore: 9.9, Q1).

In this paper, a novel Learning Scenario Development Model (LSDM) has been proposed and applied for the case of an energy-related complex problem, natural gas demand forecasting.

LSDM provided reliable BAU forecasting and projected future trends under various policies which initialized scenarios.

At the beginning of the Fajr decade, in a meeting attended by Dr. Soroush Ghazinoori, head of NRISP and Dr. Ismail Jalili, member of the executive board of NDFI, memorandum of understanding between two organizations has been signed. 
Dr. Soroush Ghazinoori, stating that the National Development Fund is the property of all Iranians, said: "We hope NRISP, as a research institution, can provide a network of scientists to NDFI, and acceptable achievements of this cooperation,  between a research institution and NDFI generate a pattern for other sectors.

We are very pleased to announce that an article entitled "Plausible scenarios for microturbine technology development: case study of an Iranian national technological program", has been published in Foresight journal by Dr. Reza Hafezi a faculty member of NRISP. 

Closing ceremony of The 10th International IRAMOT Conference was held on Thursday Dec 3rd 2020. Dr. Soroush Ghazinoori, head of NRISP started his speech with explaining the significance of the theme of the conference, “Innovation management in the face of crisis”, which is amplified by the restricted international relations and economic sanctions. Head of NRISP, then mentioned the prior importance of the health conditions over the arrangements for the event, which lead to making the conference an entirely online gathering.

We are very pleased to announce that the article of Dr. Shima Moradi, a faculty member of NRISP, and Ms. Sajedeh Abdi, entitled "Pandemic publication: correction and erratum in COVID-19 publications", has been published recently. It has addressed the Correction in Science, focusing on COVID19 publication, and the consequences of corrections and errata of the abovementioned publications in terms of treatment and health. Solving the current situation, it has provided practical recommendations regarding indexing, retrieval, scientific publication, and evaluation.

We are pleased to inform you that the  10th International Conference on Management of Technology and Innovation focusing this year on "Innovation Management in the Face of Crisis"  will take place on December 2-3, 2020.

Dr. Vahid Ahmadi, Advisor to the Minister and Head of NRISP and Dr. Gholamreza Karimi, Vice Minister for International Affairs and Secretary General for ICESCO National Commission, with the aim of developing scientific, research and executive cooperation signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The main purpose of this memorandum is to expand scientific, research and executive cooperation with the aim of developing science and technology with a national and transnational approach.

Opening ceremony of UNESCO on popularization of science attended by Dr. Vahid Ahmadi, Advisor to the Minister and Head of NRISP, Gholamreza Ghaffari, Deputy Minister of Culture of MSRT, Hojatollah Ayoubi, Secretary-General of the National Commission of UNESCO; some of its science and technology partners at NRISP.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Behzad Soltani Faculty Member of Kashan University introduced the concept of Entrepreneurial University and stated that having entrepreneurial output is one of the main features of Entrepreneurial University. He said: Entrepreneurship encompasses all academic trends and in the future entrepreneurship will be recognized as one of the main missions of universities.

Meeting about "Challenges and Issues raised at the Research Management Workshop in Berlin" was held on Saturday, September 30 at NRISP. Dr. Vahid Ahmadi, Advisor to the Minister and Head of the NRISP and other participants in the workshop and Research experts in Iran were also participated at this meeting.
