With the expansion of universities and higher education institutes, there has been always a Competition on attracting students, faculty, financial and non-financial resources, the promotion of social status between universities and higher education institutes. For many years, The competition took place only by assessing the implicit reputation of universities and there were no objective data to support this reputation.
