In a ceremony attended by Dr. Ahmadi, Advisor to the Minister of Science and NRISP President, Dr. Solgi, President of Institute for Culture, Art and Communications and some of the senior managers, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed to expand bilateral cooperation between these two think tanks and to develop scientific research cooperation in the field of Islamic culture and guidance.

Referring to the need for strengthening cooperation between NRISP and Institute for Culture, Art and Communications, Dr. Ahmadi gave a brief report on the activities of NRISP and stated; preparing this Memorandum is a good starting point for cooperation and emphasized that the contents of this Memorandum should come into action very soon. NRISP President said; NRISP and Institute for Culture, Art and Communications can start a good cooperation using the capacity of the Chair of UNESCO in Popularization of Science, future studies in the cultural system and the study of cultural indicators in the field of scientometrics.

Introducing the Institute for Culture, Art and Communications and its activities, Dr. Solgi said; popularization of science in the field of public culture, innovation and cultural technology and publication of joint translations given the topic of community, culture and university are fields where good cooperation can be started.
